Buncee is a resource that allows for students to create and explore. There are tons of different templates and starting points for students to build off of, and continue to work with. This allows for students to start with something other than a blank canvas if they choose. In an art classroom, oftentimes one of the most difficult parts for students is to get started. This allows students to have a starting point, and then further expand on that. They can take that and bring it into an entirely different realm which is great for getting students to think creatively.

During this video I learned about the different ways this tool can be used. There are tons of different templates for students to start from. They also have templates for different content areas. This is valuable in getting specific with what you are looking for. They also split it up by grade level. This is important for getting templates that might fit your age of students. The screencast did a great job of explaining and outlining the privacy policy and terms of service, and allowing for us to get a better idea of why this might be valuable for us to use for our students. There are templates that let the teacher get to know the students, there are templates for anything, which allows for us to have a lot of valuable resources.
In a face to face classroom, I think this tool could be really valuable in getting to know students. I could let students explore the tool, and find a get to know me template that connects with them. They could then add and change that as they wanted, and tell me a little bit about themselves. I think this would be valuable at the beginning of the year in order to get to know my students a little bit better.
In a remote learning situation, I think this tool would be valuable in getting students to explore and think creatively through an online tool. Students could explore and try all the different tools they can use, they can then create using this online tool. I think it can also be a great way to get students thinking about and planning for future artworks. I think it can allow for them to think about how they might explore this in a new sense.
